There is something sexy about a crème Brulee. Let’s try this dessert on your Thanksgiving day.

Makes 12

Cook time 40 minutes, chill time 3 – 4 hours

Ingredients

1C fresh blueberries (or berries of choice)

4 egg yolks

½C fine sugar – 1 tbsp set aside

1&1/4C heavy cream

½ tsp ginger minced

Method

Add 3-4 blueberries into each mold

Mix eggs, sugar, and ginger until frosty

Bring the cream to a boil and pour it into the egg mixture

Pass it through a strainer and pour the mixture into the molds

Place in a water bath and cook for 10 minutes

To serve, sprinkle the sugar and caramelize with a blow torch

Add blueberries and serve
